Thank You for Shopping with us! We believe in great customer service, we want you to get the right product, and fit, that you need. You can call or e-mail us on any question you might have on a product before ordering. We check our e-mail all the time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and Discover. You can call in your order or use the shopping cart. Most in stock items ship within 24 hours. You should expect to receive an item in 5-7 working days unless item is a Special Order.
To protect our clients we now only ship to the correct billing address for the credit card holder.

Privacy Policy
We do not share our customer list. You can shop in confidence, knowing that information you share with us remains with us. Occasionally, we send out coupons and/or thank you gifts to our customers. If you wish to be excluded from these mailings, please let us know.

Shipping: All shipping is FOB Pensacola, Florida
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are by USPS Priority Mail - additional charges apply. UPS, FedEx, and Express shipping available. Foreign Orders - Shipping available worldwide.
Holiday Note: Unless you let us know, in the "Special Instructions" section of the order form, that the item you are ordering is a Holiday present - we will ship at regular Ground. Additional shipping charges will be added if faster shipping is required. If U.S.P.S., Fed Ex, or U.P.S. are not guaranteeing delivery time due to weather or holiday overload either can we. We make every effort to get your package out in a timely order.

Shipping on Saddles is quoted usually it runs $45 in Florida and up to $70 outside of florida each for Ground inside the USA.
- *Hawaii. Porta Rico, and Alaska shipping will be quoted - bits will be as listed.
- *Oversize items require $6 per item additional shipping
- *Phoenix West trunks, stable equipment, and trunk stands are quoted for shipping from Ca. unless otherwise stated.

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns/exchanges accepted only within 15 days if accompanied by original sales receipt. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on returns after 30 days. No returns on bits, permanently marked down sale, or consignment merchandise. No returns on special orders or saddle purchases. Seasonal and non-stocked inventory, sizes, and/or colors require pre-payment in full and may not be cancelled or returned. Custom boots, chaps, and stable equipment require a 100% non-refundable deposit.
Shipping is never refunded.
It is our pleasure to allow you, as our valued customer, the opportunity to take the saddle you have selected "on trial" for a three day period. We require credit card authorization for the full amount of the saddle, including any tax and shipping charges. Should you decide to buy the saddle, call the store and ask for a manager so that we can process the sale and send you a receipt. Should you return the saddle, the credit card authorization is automatically void within 10 to 15 days, less any shipping and saddlery charges which are non-refundable. If the saddle comes back marked in any significant way, you will be charged a damage fee equal to the amount by which we will have to discount the price of the saddle since understandably, it can no longer be considered or sold as originally priced.
All saddles will be sent Signature Required. Saddles sent in
Florida will be sent UPS ground for $35. Saddles sent outside
Florida will only be sent 3-Day Air which runs $70 and up.
To ensure that our saddles remain looking as new as possible, we ask that you adhere to a few simple requests.
1. Please do not clean or oil the saddle (New or used)
2. Protect the saddle from stirrup leather marks by wrapping the leathers in a sock with the feet cut out, or wrap well with plastic wrap.
3. A brief ride is allowed (10 minutes maximum) to obtain an idea of how the saddle fits you and your horse.
4. Keep the saddle covered and protected at all times, except when test riding. Avoid storing it in your car or large boarding facilities.
5. A clean dry saddle pad must be used under the saddle.
6. Chaps, tall boots and/or spurs should be worn at your own risk as they can easily mark a saddle.
7. Please contact the store within three days with your decision as to whether you will keep or return the saddle.
8. You are responsible for the saddle while it is in your care.
9. Please return it by traceable carrier (Fedex,UPS or USPS insured).
10. We do not assure the quality, safety, or integrity of Used Saddles.
