 Terms and Conditions:
You may return an item for store credit or exchange. Contact Kelly's Tack Shop within 5 days of receiving it unless otherwise stated (see "Please note"). It must show no wear and be in new condition with all tags. Please call us ahead of time for a return authorization number. Once authorized, please ship the item back with all applicable tags and paperwork.  Please follow detailed information on receipt for returns.    If an item is damaged or used it will be refused for return.

Items returned with RA number in the trial period will be exchange or store credit will be issued.  A store credit will plus 25% charge will be issued on items returned after 6 days and 30 days.  Items returned after 30 days will be refused for credit, return, or refund.  

Please note: We cannot accept returns of Special Orders, Personalized, or Customized items. Trunks, Stable equipment, Arista Breeches, sale Items, saddle pads, Horse Blankets and Hoods are not returnable.

Shipping is never refunded.

All Tack Trunks are considered special order and are not returnable or refundable.

 Saddles- We allow a three day trial on Test Ride Saddles. You are responsible for the shipping charges of the saddle both ways. A deposit will be charged to your credit card plus shipping. Upon return of the saddle the deposit will be refunded to your credit card.  

Please place a pad between the saddle and the horse. You may ride in the saddle for a short time to see how it feels. On English saddles either ride without stirrup leathers, Prestige leathers, or use stirrup leather covers to keep from marking the saddle. You will be charged for any damage occurred to the saddle. If you need more than a 4 day trial - call and let me know. You can keep the test ride - or I can special order you a new saddle. Their will be no extra charge on shipping if you order a new saddle.
